Terms of Use

Effective date: October 15th, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Viewz mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), provided by Viewz Financial Solutions, 21st Aba Hilel Rd, Ramat Gan, Israel ("Viewz", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Relationship to your organization's agreement

The App is a companion to the Viewz platform and is available only to users whose organization ("Customer") holds an active Viewz subscription. Your use of the App is also governed by the agreement between Viewz and the Customer (the "Customer Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement prevails.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the App only if your organization has granted you access to the Viewz platform. Accounts are created by the Customer, not in the App.

You sign in with your work email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and your device secure.

You may enable Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint unlock. Biometric matching is performed by your device's operating system; Viewz never receives your biometric data.

Notify us at cs@viewz.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, Viewz grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely to access the Viewz platform for your organization's internal business purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access data of an entity or organization you are not authorized to access;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers or networks, or attempt to bypass any security or access control;
  • use the App to upload or transmit malicious code, or unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
  • use automated means to scrape or extract data from the App;
  • use the App in violation of any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.

5. Vizion AI assistant

The App lets you ask Vizion, Viewz's AI assistant, questions about financial data you are authorized to see. Answers are generated by machine-learning models and may be incomplete or wrong.

Vizion output is informational. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and you should verify it before relying on it for any decision, filing or report.

You are responsible for the questions you submit and for how you use the answers.

6. Your data

The financial and business data you access through the App belongs to the Customer and is processed under the Customer Agreement. How we handle personal data is described in the Viewz Mobile Privacy Policy at https://www.viewz.co/privacy.

7. Intellectual property

The App, the Viewz platform and all related software, designs, trademarks and content are owned by Viewz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in section 3, no rights are granted to you.

8. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Availability and updates

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times or free of errors.

10. Third-party platforms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those stores is governed by their own terms. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the App or its support.

Additional terms for iOS users. These Terms are between you and Viewz only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Viewz, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, and intellectual property infringement claims. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Viewz's total liability relating to the App is limited as set out in the Customer Agreement or, if none applies, to USD 100.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms, if your organization's subscription ends, or if your organization removes your access. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Sections 5–8 and 11–15 survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the effective date. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the Customer Agreement provides otherwise.
